The automatic transformer foil winding machine mainly consists of the following parts: main frame, foil winding and unwinding equipment (connected to pressure rollers), layer insulation winding and unwinding equipment, end insulation equipment, cleaning and decontamination equipment, crimping equipment, rolling and shearing equipment, active feeding, photoelectric induction active correction system, active welding equipment, electrical control system, and pneumatic system.
Foil unwinding and unwinding equipment (connected to pressure rollers): used as the unwinding organization for foil strips, providing support and unwinding data; The tension does not require mechanical operation. According to the process requirements and the stepless setting of the potentiometer or touch screen, the positive unwinding tension is constant to ensure that the tape is not loose. It can also be recovered and released through inching. The bearing shaft has outstanding structural strength and can meet the requirements of placing large quantities of foil.
Insulation winding and unwinding equipment: composed of winding shaft and overwinding. The unwinding drum adopts an inflatable shaft, and the insulation tension of the layer is controlled by a pneumatic disc brake device. According to different data, the tension of the layer insulation can be adjusted on the pneumatic control panel without noise. The entire device and the position of each winding shaft in the width direction can be independently electrically adjusted.
Deviation correction system: The correction system uses active photoelectric induction correction equipment to quickly adjust the flatness of the conductive foil end face. The photoelectric sensing device controls the motor to drive the screw rod for deviation correction, with an accuracy of 0.5mm. After being instructed by the photoelectric device to move the uncoiling correction motor horizontally, the end face of the coil tends to be flat.
Welding system: TIG welding is used for the welding of foil strips and leads. The welding equipment mainly consists of the following parts: fixture, welding gun driving organization, welding gun adjustment organization, argon arc welding machine, cooling water tank, etc. The opening and closing of the clamping part is achieved by pneumatic means. The welding gun can be adjusted up and down, left and right, and swayed. The welding movement of the welding gun is controlled by a frequency converter driven motor, and the speed is infinitely adjustable, allowing the entire equipment to move left and right to reach or leave the welding operation area.
